Trailer Bracket

An aluminium bracket and nylon hook have been developed to enable Trounce portable flagpoles to be fitted on to the side of hospitality units, outdoor catering units and caravans, etc

Two sets of brackets are used per flagpole. On a portable flagpole it is preferable to use the brackets on the bottom section. The greater the distance between top and bottom bracket the better the stability. A four section (20ft) portable is the tallest flagpole that is recommended for use with these brackets.

The nylon hook is designed to locate easily into the white aluminium bracket. The nylon hook projects well below the bracket so that there is no possibility of them becoming disengaged accidentally. Even so, removal of the flagpole is easy at the end of the period of use. The two hooks slide on to the flagpole and are held in position by socket headed screws.

The bracket is quite slim, the width is 135mm, the depth 30mm and projects 25mm from the face of the bodywork. The bracket has been punched with 3 holes on either side for fixing purposes.

The brackets can also be used with short white flagpoles, e.g. on low perimeter walls of a sales forecourt, or on temporary offices of a construction site. In this instance the brackets would be used on short white flagpoles up to 3m. The separation distance between top and bottom bracket should be a minimum of 25% of total length, e.g. 750mm in the case of a 3m flagpole.

The brackets are finished in white and the nylon hooks are available in either white or black.
